In compliance of order dated 8.2.2019, learned standing counsel has obtained instructions from District Magistrate, Bareilly, according to which, ADM (City), Barielly has now been designated as Rent Control & Eviction Officer for exercising power under provisions of U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972. A copy of the order passed in this regard by District Magistrate, Bareilly dated 22.2.2019 has also been placed before this Court for perusal.
Having regard to the above stand of the State respondents, the grievance urged in the petition stands redressed. The petition stands disposed of as above.
