The petitioners submit that Autorickshaws are being parked in front of their business premises illegally and it obstructed ingress and egress to the petitioners' shop. Petitioners raised complaint by Ext.P6 before the respondents. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent Sub Inspector of Police, Peringome to take appropriate action on the complaint for removal of unauthorised parking in this area. However, this will not stand in the way of 4th respondent for convening a meeting for providing necessary parking in any area within their jurisdiction.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
