Heard Sri Azaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 30.5.2019 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 30.5.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 4th line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 30.5.2019 Section 3/4 SC/ST Act. stands deleted and in its place Sec.3/4 D.P.Act is substituted and the same shall now be read as such.
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
