Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the contesting respondents and perused the material available on record.
Relief sought by way of this petition for issuance of direction and interim mandamus, whereby direction be issued to respondent nos. 2 to 4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as representation given on 31.10.2020 by the petitioner for giving permission to the petitioner for the re-examination/back paper of English of IVth semester of the two year B.T.C. course forthwith.
The same is pending disposal as yet. Also heard the learned Standing Counsel.
It is directed that the petitioner may move fresh copy of application/representation before respondent no.2 (Secretary/Examination Controlling Authority Eilenganj, Prayagraj, U.P.) within three weeks from today and in case any such representation is so made, the same shall be further considered and disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks next from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of. Cost easy.
