Ref: Order on Criminal Misc. (Modification) Application No.8 of 2019 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the appellant on 13.05.2019 but due to financial hardship, the appellant could not be released on bail as the Court has not stayed the fine imposed by the trial court, hence, the Court may be pleased to stay the fine imposed by the trial court.
The present modification application stands allowed.
The realization of fine imposed by the trial court is hereby stayed until further order.
