The petitioner claims that at the behest of respondent no. 4 the police authorities are harassing the petitioner and, therefore, the police authorities be restrained from harassing the petitioner.
It is to be noted that such blanket orders cannot be given. If the police is investigating into any matter and asks question to the petitioner that would not amount to harassment.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
