Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue an appropriate order or direction against the respondent no. 1 herein i.e. Deputy Collector/Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Jaunpur to decide the case No. 05125/2018 (Computer Case no. T201814360405125) Manoj Kumar Vs. Vivek Kumar and others, u/s 116 of U.P. Code-2006 within stipulated period of time, in as much as preliminary decree has already been drawn up but yet final decree has not been prepared, for achieving ends of justice."
It is stated that a partition suit is pending at the stage of preparation of the final decree and that the Lekhpal has submitted in report regarding the lots to be allotted to the parties.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1/Deputy Collector/Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Jaunpur to decide the partition suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
