2. The preliminary objection has been raised by the learned AGA that the proper remedy against the order dated 26.07.2013 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Hathras, is to file an appeal.

2. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed, leaving it open to the applicant to avail his statutory remedy of appeal.
