Petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.123 of 2014 of the Palakkad Town North Police Station.
2. I have heard the learned Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. B.A.No.1778 of 2014 filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merit.
4. Learned counsel submits that the second accused was granted relief as per order dated 28.03.2014 in B.A.No.2108 of 2014.
5. I have gone through the Annexure-C order and find that relief was granted to the second accused since the learned counsel for the de facto complainant submitted that the de facto complainant had no grievance against the second petitioner. I do not find any change of circumstances to entertain this application.
Application is dismissed.
