JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Arun Kumar Singh-I, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the contest in this petition is between the petitioners and respondents No.2 to 10 only. The respondents No.2 to 10 are represented by Sri Kshitij Shailendra, Advocate, who was directed to file counter affidavit vide order dated 10.12.2013.
No counter affidavit has been filed.Therefore, he is directed to file counter affidavit within a further period of three weeks.
List thereafter.
Until further order of this Court, interim order dated 10.12.2013 shall remain in operation.
