Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This petition alleges disobedience of an order dated 30 September 2016 in terms of which the writ petition was disposed of with a direction for the review petition being considered with expedition. Admittedly, no time frame was stipulated. Even otherwise, this Court in the absence of any record cannot form an opinion as to whether the matter of the applicant is the oldest pending on the board of the concerned court.
Consequently, this Court finds no ground to hold the opposite party in contempt. The petition is dismissed.
