Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Yatindra, learned counsel for the opposite parties.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.25509 of 2018 (Pradeep Kumar v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the opposite parties has produced the order dated 18.07.2019 by which the application of the applicant has been decided and as such it is contended that the writ Court order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. However, this order will not come in the way of the applicant to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum.
