The sole submission of the counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Allahabad to decide the injunction application i.e. 6c application filed in Original Suit No. 559 of 2018 (Pradeep Kumar Vs. Dileep Kumar and Others), which is pending.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Allahabad to decide the injunction application i.e. 6c application filed in Original Suit No. 559 of 2018 (Pradeep Kumar Vs. Dileep Kumar and Others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
