This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing District Magistrate, Ghazipur to decide application of the petitioner, regarding grant of Firearm License for Revolver.
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing District Magistrate, Ghazipur to decide application of the petitioner, regarding grant of Firearm License for Revolver, as provided under Rule 13 of Arms Rules 2016. within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
