Hon'ble Rajesh Chandra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA appearing for the State respondents. A perusal of the impugned FIR, in our view, prima facie discloses commission of cognizable offence against the petitioner, hence there is no reason to quash the same. Prayer for quashing the F.I.R. in Case Crime No. 173 of 2010 under Sections 353, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3 (1) (X) S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1986 P.S. Karchhana, District Allahabad is rejected. If the petitioner, Pradeep Kumar Tripathi alias Pappu surrenders before the Court below within two weeks from today and moves bail application before the Court concerned, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
