Following orders were passed in the matter on 14.8.2017:-
"Grievance is that though petitioner has been transferred from District Pilibhit to District Shahjahanpur on his personal request but the authorities at Shahjahanpur have not allowed him to join. It is stated that the order of transfer dated 31.5.2018 has not been modified, revoked or cancelled.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions in the matter. Put up in the additional cause list on 23.8.2018."
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and copy thereof has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, petitioner has been allowed joining on 22.8.2018.
The principal grievance of petitioner, therefore, has been redressed. The authorities shall further examine petitioner's grievance with regard to release of withheld salary, within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
