Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite order dated 26.8.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Prayagraj, the District Probation Officer, Prayagraj who is the Inquiry Officer is not submitting a report as sought by the District Magistrate vide his aforesaid order.
The petitioner may file an application before the District Magistrate bringing to his notice the aforesaid fact and the District Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders and, if necessary, take appropriate action in accordance with law on the said application.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
