Learned counsel for the petitioner is not aware of the fact as to whether the opposite party/wife has filed an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act' 1955 claiming interim maintenance and as such no positive direction can be issued.
However, it is observed that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly District Bareilly shall make an endeavour to decide the Divorce Petition No.159 of 2017 (Pradeep Kumar Singh Vs. Deep Sikha) filed under Section 13 of the Act as expeditiously as possible.
