The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the District Magistrate, Mordadabad to issue arms licence to the petitioner on the application submitted by the petitioner sometimes in the year 2013.
As, now, new Arms Rules, 2016 has been notified, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move a fresh application if the earlier application has not yet been decided.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
