Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Singh,J.
Counter affidavit of one Sri D.K.Thakur said to be D.I.G./S.S.P. Lucknow has been filed in Writ Petition No.2566(M/B) of 2011 but no counter affidavit on behalf of the State has been filed in Writ Petition No.2552(M/B) of 2011 and Writ Petition No.3258(M/B) of 2011. Learned Government Advocate states that counter affidavit shall be filed in the other two petitions as well.
Let notices be issued to opposite parties 3 to 6. The opposite parties may file reply within one month. List thereafter.
