Since admittedly the claim which is raised is presently being enquired into by the District Inspector of Schools as is evident from his communication of 19 February 2018, the Court disposes of this petition with the observation that the concerned District Inspector of Schools shall proceed in the matter with expedition and with due notice to the respondent No. 5.
