The Court has been informed that both the girls, namely, Chhavi Mishra and Riya Mishra, as on date, are living with their father and thus no cause of action or any further adjudication is required, as the only prayer made in the present writ petition is that the police authorities may be directed to recover these two girls (named above) of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
