The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the executing court to decide Execution Case No.3 of 2016 expeditiously.
The said execution case has been filed by the petitioners for execution of the decree passed in Original Suit No. 608 of 1990.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed in which it is specifically asserted that no objection under Section 47 C.P.C. or under any other provision of law is pending at the behest of the judgment debtor or any third party.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the executing court to make serious endeavour to decide the execution case expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
