Petitioner had submitted Ext.P3 application for replacement of his vehicle covered by Ext.P1 permit. The complaint is that despite the filing of the same, respondent authority is not considering the said application. 2. Having regard to the nature of contentions raised and after hearing the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as follows.

First respondent shall consider Ext.P3 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
