Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
Heard Miss. Savita Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri I.P. Singh for opposite parties NO. 2 to 4.
It has been submitted by Miss Jain that orders have been passed by this Court in several writ petitions extending the benefit of the order dated 22.2.2010 made in Writ Petition Nos.168(S/B)/2010 to the similarly situated petitioners. The petitioner is also similarly situated like those in Writ Petition No. 168(S/B) of 2010, therefore, he would be entitled to get the benefit of that order.
Hence the interim relief granted to the petitioner of Writ Petition No.168(S/B)/2010 is also extended to the petitioner.
Sri I.P. Singh prays for and is allowed four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
