ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, Shri G.K.Basavaraja Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a memo of even date seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after completion of investigation in Crime No.314/2019 registered on 28.07.2019 in Kadugondanahalli Police Station, Bengaluru city.
2. Memo is placed on record. Leave granted. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
3. In view of dismissal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications do not survive for consideration and they stand disposed of.
No costs.
