A supplementary affidavit has been filed today, which is taken on record.
The pleadings in the writ petition are absolutely vague. The petitioners have joined several cause of actions leading to more confusion. The Court, therefore, declines to entertain the instant petition and it is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file separate writ petitions.
