Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Thiruvalla Police. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per report dated 20.06.2014 of the SHO, Thiruvalla Police Station, though a complaint is received at that Police Station from M/s.Madhu Jewellers Pvt Lotd., Mumbail, no case is registered against the petitioner and he is not required for any purpose.
3. In the light of the above, the petitioner cannot have any genuine apprehension of arrest now. It is directed that in case interrogation of the petitioner is required on the complaint aforesaid, notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be served on the petitioner. Thereon it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief from the appropriate court.
Application is disposed of as above.
