Heard Sri Ashok Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel appearing for Petroleum Corporation, Sri Ishan Shishu, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and perused the record.
At the very outset, Sri Budhwar, learned counsel appearing for the Petroleum Corporation submits that this is the second writ petition on the same cause of action. The order passed in the first writ petition being Writ- C No.39885 of 2019 has been annexed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition which was got dismissed but without any further liberty. He submits that on the same facts no second writ petition can be entertained in view of the provisions contained under Rule 7 of the Chapter 22 of the High Court Rules.
In such view of the matter, writ petition is dismissed and consign to record.
