JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application filed by plaintiff-respondent under Order IX Rule 4 C.P.C. read with Section 151 C.P.C. on 02.02.2018 registered as Misc. Case No. 06 of 2018 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that on 25.05.2019 the matter got adjourned as the Presiding Officer was on leave.
Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
