Case called out. None appears for the appellants. Smt. Sangeeta Chandra, Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of the Court that similar and identical controversy has already been decided by this Court in special appeal No. 156/1996 and other connected matters on 04.12.1998, in which the benefit of the judgment of the learned Single Judge in Suresh Tewari's case has been extended to the appellants from 18.05.1994.
That being so, we dispose of the special appeal with the direction that the benefit of the judgment and order passed in special appeal no. 156/1996 and other connected matters shall be available to the present appellants also. The office while issuing certified copy of this order shall also issue a copy of the order dated 04.12.1998 passed in special appeal no. 156/1996 and other connected matters.
