Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 2.4.2014 and other subsequent orders in Case No. 570 of 2014 (Smt. Kalpana Katiyar Vs. Pradeep Katiyar and others), under sections 18,19,20,22,23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Kotwali Fatehgarh, District Farrukhabad.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the impugned order of summoning has been passed on 2.4.2014, it can not be entertained at this stage, as it has been challenged after the lapse of seven years. It is abuse of court process.
Accordingly it is dismissed.
