Petitioner has not been found medically fit by the Medical Board and the Appellate Medical Board.
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions. The report of the Medical Board as also the Appellate Medical Board has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The matter was adjourned on 22nd July, 2019 on the asking of the counsel for the petitioner. Prayer is made to adjourn the matter further.
There is no justification to keep the writ petition pending, once it is found that petitioner has been declared medically unfit by the Medical Board as also the Appellate Medical Board. No perversity or illegality is shown in the assessment of the petitioner's medical examination. Mere bald allegation made in the newspaper report would not be sufficient for the purpose. In the absence of any material justifying the doubting of the medical report, this Court would not be justified in interfering in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
