At the outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this bail application, applicant has been convicted by the trial court vide judgment and order dated 11.08.2021, therefore, the instant bail application has become infructuous.
In view of statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is rejected as infructuous.
