The petitioner has sought for the issue of a direction to consider Exhibit P1 application for the issue of a temporary permit. The temporary permit has been sought in the vacancy of a stage carriage bearing Regn.No.KL-41 /A 1188. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. 2. Since Exhibit P1 is pending consideration of the respondent, it is only appropriate that the same is considered and orders passed thereon, without further delay.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the respondent to consider Exhibit P1 in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and to issue the same, if the vacancy is subsisting and there are no other better claimants.
