The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 04.10.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.59270 of 2005.
An affidavit of compliance was filed by Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party on 26.2.2019. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
