JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to take a decision with regard to the high rate of failure to SET exam 2010 and to make changes in the percentage of successful candidates on or before 10.02.2010 to enable the candidates to apply for selection in Ext.P2 posts.
2. In view of the nature of the reliefs sought in this Writ Petition, the matter has become infructuous.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
