1. Heard Sri Bhoopendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri U. P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent.
2. The only relief sought by petitioner in present writ petition is that his final payment of Modified Voluntary Retirement Scheme (hereinafter referred to as "MVRS") has not been made, therefore, the said amount may be paid with interest.
3. In my view the matter needs to be considered by the competent authority at the first instance. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondents-competent authority to pass a reasoned order on petitioner's claim with regard to final payment of MVRS within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. If any amount is found payable to petitioners, same shall be paid within two months thereafter.
4. With aforesaid directions this writ petition is disposed of.
