Learned Advocate Mr. Jasani challenges the order of the trial Court passed on 15.2.2012 in Regular Civil Suit No.126 of 2001, which is Exh.144. He has pointed out from the written statements of both the defendants No.2 and 3 that they are supporting each other in toto. He seeks to rely on decisions of this Court in case of Tulsidas Girdharlal vs. Shantilal Karsandas, reported in 1985 GLH 934 and in case of Hussena Hasanali Pulavwala vs. Sabbirbhai Hasanali Pulavwala, reported in 1981 GLH 230, to contend that respondent No.3 would have no right to cross-examine respondent No.2.
