Prabhudas vs Palabhai

With a view to ascertain tax liability on the income of Rs.7134/- per month, learned advocate Mr. Thakkar for the appellants requests for time. He submits that the learned Tribunal has not considered the head of future economic prospects. He further submits that ½ is required to be deducted towards personal expenses. Learned advocate Mr. Parikh submits that multiplier of 13 is required to be considered.

In view of the above, the matter is adjourned to 9.5.2012.
