(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) It is stated by Mr. Pahwa, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant that through mistake the direction contained in the order dated August 29, 2012, passed by a Division Bench of this Court directing his client to implead some persons as respondents has not been complied with.
He, however, today files a draft amendment for complying with the direction contained in that order.
The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
Let notice be issued on the newly added respondents, returnable on December 19, 2012. The appellant is also directed to file translated version of the vernacular documents. Let this appeal be placed for hearing along with Letters Patent Appeal No. 1187 of 2012.
