JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Mr.Buch has tendered the affidavit on behalf of the convict through his wife. In the said affidavit, it has been stated that the applicant on the left side has developed neurological disorder.
Under these circumstances, we direct the jail authorities to get the convict examined through neurologist of Civil Hospital within one week and the report shall be submitted on the next date. S.O. to 10.07.2012. In the meantime, necessary medicines which are prescribed by the Doctor shall be provided to the convict.
