1. An additional affidavit has been filed by the petitioner. Mr.A.Y.Kogje, learned counsel appearing for the respondent is allowed time till 16.7.2012 to file additional affidavit-in-reply. Meanwhile, if registration of the petitioner has been rejected, and thereafter, some additional material has been filed, that shall be considered afresh by the respondent though according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, rejection order was never communicated to the petitioner. The respondent shall consider additional material and if he is satisfied, then he will grant registration to the petitioner.
2. Time allowed for deciding registration application afresh and for filing additional affidavit to the affidavit by the petitioner till 19th July, 2011 and the respondent shall file their additional affidavit on or before 23.7.2012. List this matter on 24.7.2012. If additional affidavit is not filed on or before 23.7.2012, then the respondent shall remain personally present in this Court.
3. On the request of learned counsel Mr.Kogje, fresh application may be made by the petitioner. We permit the petitioner to file a fresh application along with additional application so that there may not be any hindrance in the matter and the respondent shall decide the registration application afresh along with additional affidavit shall be filed by the petitioner before the respondent by 13th July, 2012. Direct service permitted.
