JUDGMENT / ORDER

:COMMON ORDER The writ petitions are filed challenging the eviction notice of the second respondent dated 24.03.2015.
2. Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthu Kannan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous and he has made endorsement to that effect.
4. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
