This petition for writ is preferred to have a direction for removal of illegal encroachment from Arazi No. 628, which is recorded as Nazul land, situated at Village Bela Kasaila, Tehsil Madhuvan, District Mau.
To agitate such a cause, the petitioner is having effective alternative remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. We do not find any just reason to entertain this petition for writ ignoring the statutory remedy available to the petitioner. In view of it, writ petition is dismissed. Petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
