Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 06.02.2020 passed in Writ - C No. 4002 of 2020 (Prabhu Nath Singh & 20 others v. State of U.P. & another) as well as order dated 06.01.2021 passed in Contempt Application No. 5166 of 2020.
Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party has placed the instructions received from the office of the opposite party dated 25.10.2021. Along with the instructions, the decision taken by the opposite party of the same date has also been placed before this Court. Copy of the decision has also been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant. The instruction is taken on record.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
