For redressal of his grievance relating to removal of encroachment over Goan Sabha land, the remedy available to the petitioner is to invoke provisions of Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before appropriate authority.
This petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail such remedy.
