This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a suitable order or direction, directing the concerned court below (Sub Divisional Magistrate, Harraiya) may be directed to decide the Suit no. 34 of 2016 (Smt. Prabhawati Versus Gram Panchayat Jagannathpur) Under Sectoin 41 of Land Revenue Act regarding Gata No. 443 measuring area 0.368 situated in Village-Jagannathpur, Tappa-Puraina, Pargana-Amodha, Tehsil-Harraiya, Disrict Basti"
It is stated that the proceedings under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act are pending consideration since the year 2016.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
