Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.2, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sagadi, District Azamgarh, to decide Case No.352 (Computerized Case No.T-201915060707262, Smt. Prabhawati Vs. Gram Panchayat, under Section 21/24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Village Kandharapur, Pargana & Tehsil Sagadi, District Azamgarh expeditiously.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
It is expected that respondent no.2 shall expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it after affording opportunity of hearing to both the parties in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment on its way.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
