Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Code') has been filed on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No. 504 of 2012 (State v. Prabhawati Devi and others), arising out of N.C.R. No. 217 of 2012, under Sections 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Police Station - Belipar, District - Gorakhpur.
The trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application under Section 482 of the Code stands disposed of.
